THE RULES

• Before we start: You can cancel your service order anytime before our team begins working on your project.
• After we’re done: Once the service is completed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Used Services: If a service has already been heavily used or tested, we may not be able to offer a full refund or cancellation.

GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK

• Method: If you paid by card or online, we’ll send the money back the same way (or via cheque/transfer). If you paid cash, we’ll refund you by cheque or bank transfer for security.
• Timeline: It usually takes 3–10 business days for the money to hit your account, depending on your bank's speed.
• Review: Our team will do a quick internal check before approval for refund. We may offer a full or partial refund depending on how much of the service was already provided.
