BIS Quality Control Order for Utility Lighters – Safety Specifications

This amendment mandates that Utility Lighters – Safety Specifications must conform to Indian Standard IS/ISO 22702:2018 and bear the ISI Mark under a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
