As per the order:

• All Acid Oil products must conform to Indian Standard IS 12029:1986.
• These products must bear the Standard Mark (ISI Mark) under a valid licence granted by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
• The certification must follow Scheme-I of Schedule-II of the BIS (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. 

Enforcement and Penalty

The Bureau of Indian Standards has been designated as the certifying and enforcement authority for Acid Oil under this regulation.

Any individual or business entity that fails to comply with the provisions of this order shall face penalties as per the BIS Act, 2016. This includes consequences for manufacturing, selling, distributing, or importing Acid Oil without the necessary BIS certification.
