You can change your mind and cancel your service order at any time before we start working on your device.
If you paid with cash or a cheque, we'll refund you with a cheque or bank transfer, not cash. If you used a credit card, debit card, or any online payment method, we'll refund you the same way or by cheque or bank transfer. It might take 3-10 days for the refund to show up in your account. The time it takes depends on how fast the banks process it.
Once we finish providing the service, you can't cancel your order. We'll check everything internally before giving you a refund. We might give you a full or partial refund depending on the condition of what you bought or the service we provided.
If you've already used or tried the service a lot, we might not be able to give you a refund or cancel it.
