Eligibility Criteria For NSIC RegistrationÂ
The eligibility criteria is mandatory before applying for NSIC registration-
Holding MSME Certificate.
All Small Enterprises whose investment in Plant & machinery is up to INR 5 Crore, In-service sector up to INR 2 crores.
Completed one year of business commencement.
All Micro Enterprises whose investment in- Plant & machinery is up to INR 25 lakhs and In-service sector up to INR 10 Lakhs.
Note-The Provisional Registration Certificate shall be issued to the MSEs under the Single Point Registration scheme, which has not completed one year of business commencement.
Documents Required For NSIC Registration
Self-attested Documents – Duplicate Copy Required
Copy of acknowledgement of MSME registration
A Signed copy of PAN, UAM Number
Identity proof and address proof of authorized person.
A Signed copy of ownership documents of the business location.
Proof of ownership of raw materials, plant/machinery, equipment and tools
Declaration of entry been made in MSME Data Bank
Copy of sales deed.
Performance statement, as per application’s Performa ‘Annexure-F’
Certificate from the Directors, Proprietor and Partner whether or not they have any link with large scale Unit(s)
Documents required – Duly signed by authorized person
Copy of last electricity bill.
Proof of Business existence for minimum 3 years.
List of employees indulged in production and services.
Audited balance sheet and P&L statement for last 3 years.
Copy of PAN.
Write-up on quality control measurement opted by firm for quality control.
NSIC Registration Procedure
An applicant (MSME) needs to visit the official website www.nsicspronline.com to obtain NSIC Certificate.
To get registered for Single Point Registration Applicant, MSMEs are required to register in MSME Data Bank using UAM No. and PAN.
Fill in the requisite details asked in the application form using PAN and UAM numbers.
An applicant shall submit the application form, along with the necessary documents.
Payment of a requisite fee to obtain the NSIC certificate.
Once the payment is made and confirmed and documents get verified by the authority, the NSIC certificate shall be sent by post.
